- International plan, under 45: $80–$250 a month
Residency routes
- Second home visa (Anyone): IDR 2 billion (about US$130,000) kept in an Indonesian state bank, or a US$1M property. Five or ten years.
- Remote worker visa (E33G) (Remote workers): US$60,000 a year from a foreign employer. One year, renewable once.
Tax on a portfolio
- Residents (183+ days in 12 months) are taxed on worldwide income; foreign capital gains are added to other income.
- Skilled foreign workers can be taxed on Indonesian income only for their first four years. Retirees and second-home visa holders do not qualify.
- BPJS social security contributions are not modeled.
