Healthcare

Residency routes
- EU registration certificate (EU/EEA citizens): Register with the town hall after three months with proof of work or enough resources.
- D7 visa (Non-EU, passive income or retirees): €920 a month in passive income (the minimum wage), plus about €11,040 in a Portuguese bank account.
- D8 digital nomad visa (Non-EU remote workers): €3,680 a month from foreign work (four times the minimum wage), plus €11,040 in savings.

- Capital income can optionally be added to the progressive scale instead of the 28% flat rate.
- Income from blacklisted jurisdictions is taxed at 35%.
